  • Within 30 days of purchasing a printer, complete online claim form, upload a copy of your receipt, a photo of the serial number from your printer and submit your claim.
  • Sign up for ReadyPrint Flex using promo code FLEXCB at www.epson.ie/readyprint to get 3 months of free ReadyPrint Flex subscription.
  • Payment will be made minimum 30 days after signing up to ReadyPrint Flex and validation of your claim.

How to claim


1. Complete the claim form within 30 calendar days from date of purchase.

2. Upload a copy of your proof of purchase showing the printer purchased, reseller name, purchase price and purchase date and submit claim form.

3. Once your claim has been validated you will receive your cash back via bank transfer, within 30 days.
